2. Eligibility and Website Use

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell home cleaning tools, organisers and household essentials.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, specifications and photographs. Colours may appear different depending on your screen settings.

Please review the product’s dimensions, materials, variants and package contents before purchasing. Decorative accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed.

This does not limit your rights if a product is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts will be shown before you complete checkout. Product prices may change, but changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

Payment must be completed using a method available at checkout. Cash on delivery is available only if offered for your order.

Do not share passwords, payment OTPs or CVV codes with our support team.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement. This confirms receipt of your order and does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance or availability.

Your order is accepted when we confirm its acceptance or dispatch.

We may contact you if an item is unavailable, an address is incomplete, a payment fails, or an order raises a reasonable fraud concern.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and arrange a refund for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your consent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery coverage, shipping charges and estimated timelines are provided through checkout and our Shipping Policy.

Please enter a complete delivery address and reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly if you discover an error.

Delivery may be affected by courier disruptions, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will provide available updates and assistance.

Any additional charge resulting from an address correction or customer-requested redelivery will be explained before you agree to it. Your statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

7. Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will review whether cancellation can be completed. If it has already been dispatched, the Return and Refund Policy may apply.

If SubhamNest cancels an order, payments received for the cancelled items will be refunded. Any cancellation charge must be disclosed beforehand and comply with applicable law.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return request period from delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, products must generally be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags and included accessories.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.

Please read our complete Return and Refund Policy for shipping charges, exclusions and procedures. These conditions do not remove rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Promotions apply only according to the conditions stated with the offer, including eligible products, validity periods and minimum purchase requirements.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. Offers are subject to actual stock availability.

A promotion’s expiry does not change the price of an order already accepted.

10. Customer Accounts

Where accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and maintaining accurate account details.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, misuse or security concerns.

Account restrictions do not remove your rights relating to valid existing orders or refunds.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or publish another person’s private information.

Shopify provides the technology supporting our store. Your purchase agreement is with SUBHAM SALES CORPORATION, trading as SubhamNest.

We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the seller.
